The basics of booking, attending, and being part of the FitMix community.

Welcome to FitMix Studio. By using https://fitmixstudios.com, booking a class, or visiting our studio at 225 Lancaster Ave H-1, Malvern, PA 19355, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Classes & bookings

  • Classes are reserved through our booking partner, Fitoa. A spot is confirmed only once booking is complete.
  • Your first class is free for new members. Intro offers are limited to one per person.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot to a member on the waitlist.

Cancellations & no-shows

We hold a small class size, so cancellations affect others. Please cancel through Fitoa at least the studio’s posted cancellation window before class. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the class or credit. Current cancellation windows are shown at booking.

Memberships & passes

  • Memberships renew on the cycle shown at purchase and can be paused or cancelled per the terms of your plan.
  • Class packs are valid for the period stated at purchase and are non-transferable unless noted.
  • Pricing and offers are subject to change.

Health & safety

Exercise carries inherent risks. By attending, you confirm you are physically able to participate and agree to follow staff guidance. Please tell your instructor about injuries or conditions before class. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new fitness program. A liability waiver is required before your first class.

Studio conduct

FitMix is a welcoming space for every level. We ask all members and guests to treat staff, instructors, and one another with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service for conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of our community.

The content on this website is owned by FitMix Studio and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services means you accept the current version.
